Rhetorica: Critical Meter, a primer on critical technique

Interesting site :

Critical Meter

Throughout The Rhetorica Network I will analyze speeches and news items using various critical techniques and terms. Please refer to this critical meter for explanations. I encourage you to put these techniques to use in your own pursuit of truth. A little digging will reveal much about how journalists and politicians shape our political culture with words. If you come across any interesting examples that I have not covered, please send feedback with your own critiques and comments.  Also see the Rhetorica online rhetoric textbook.
